You don’t run across service like I have gotten from your group! Especially with Danny. He took over in the middle of a Workman’s Comp issue when he took over for Meredith. He was so professional and so personable. Because we were going out of town, he drove to our home & picked up the check. I was able to meet him personally and I was glad I could shake a hand of a man such as him. He was so good to us. He had the check mailed overnight so that we would not lose our coverage with Texas Mutual, since the other company would not take us due to “some” roof exposure we might have.
Time is valuable, yet he took out time to do this for us. Wonder how many other agents across Texas would have done that? We were so impressed with him. I wanted someone to know that he is handling customers far better than the average company, I promise.
He certainly deserves the “EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD,” no doubt! We are pleased to work with such fine individuals as you all.
